Professional supervisory engineers shall perform their duties within the scope of duties prescribed by the equipment supervision unit or (and) the chief supervisory engineer, mainly including:
(a) Participate in the formulation of quality plan, be responsible for the formulation of supervision rules of the specialty, put forward suggestions on document witness points, on-site witness points and stop witness points, report the supervision work of the specialty to the chief supervision engineer, and prepare supervision reports and summaries of supervision work within the scope of assigned tasks;
(b) To examine the technical documents, quality records, progress plans, applications and changes submitted by the supervised units, and report to the chief supervising engineer;
C) Supervise and inspect the performance of the contract of the supervised unit, inspect the original certificates, inspection reports and other quality certificates of all kinds of materials, spare parts, equipment and instrumentation, supervise and inspect the important processes and key processes in the production process, witness the supervision control points, and conduct daily inspection in due time. (a) Examining the original certificates, inspection reports and other quality certificates of materials, spare parts, equipment and instruments and their quality conditions;
B) Inspecting the important processes and key processes in the production process, witnessing the supervision control points, conducting daily inspection in due time, and signing the original certificates such as inspection reports;
C) review or obtain relevant data directly from the scene;
D) report the problem to the professional supervision engineer or chief supervision engineer in time.
E) Assist the chief supervisory engineer and professional supervisory engineer in collecting, collating, summarizing and filing information.
F) undertake other tasks assigned by chief supervision engineer and professional supervision engineer.
5.2 project supervision body
The project supervision organization appointed by the equipment supervision unit to perform the supervision contract shall comply with the agreement with the client and meet the following requirements:
A) the project supervision body should implement the responsibility system of chief supervision engineer.
B) The equipment supervision unit shall consider the stage of the equipment engineering project, the characteristics of the project, the site conditions for supervision implementation, the service content, the service period and the supervision.
