In the first quarter, the per capita disposable income of Chinese residents was 8,493 yuan, an increase of 8.7% in nominal terms over the same period last year, and a real increase of 6.8% after deducting the price factor, an increase of 0.2 percentage points over the same period last year. According to the permanent residence, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 11633 yuan, an actual increase of 5.9%, while that of rural residents was 4600 yuan, an actual increase of 6.9%. The ratio of per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents is 2.53, which is 0.02 lower than that of the same period last year. The median per capita disposable income of Chinese residents was 7,158 yuan, an increase of 8.8% in nominal terms over the same period last year.
